Track/Speed Workouts
Speed work training is an important part of any training routine. Don’t let the name scare you! Speed work doesn’t just make you run faster. It makes you fitter, increases the range of movement in your joints, makes you more comfortable at all speeds, and it will ultimately help you to run harder for longer. These sessions will help you stay race ready and have been carefully designed to be beneficial to those who specialize in any distance.

- Middle and High School Speed Training Workshop
- Goal Race: Capitol Mile (end of July)
- Age Requirements: Entering 7th grade to 12th grade
- Program Duration: June – July 2014
Fleet Feet Racing Team(Watch for more details)
- Spring & Fall Season (March – May and Sept – Oct): Tuesday 6PM - 7PM
- Summer Season (June-August): Tuesday 7PM - 8PM
- Program Duration: March 2014 – October 2014
