We take pride in providing high quality training programs that focus on getting you to the start line of your specific event. One area we have wanted to address in our programs but have not discussed in great detail is proper running form. Much of this is because our coaches have not had specific education on running form, and until now there was no simple coaching process available to help teach proper running form.
Good Form Running is a simple process of training that has the ultimate goal of running faster, more efficiently, and injury free. With a focus on proper mechanics, GOOD FORM RUNNING aims to help runners of all ages and abilities achieve these goals.
