Half Marathon (13.1) & Full Marathon (26.2) Training

Our Half, and Full Marathon training programs typically meet twice a week and are designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. In addition to detailed training plans, each program incorporates educational components, speakers, weekly email communication, and expert coaching, mentoring, and pacing to help inspire and motivate you along the journey.

Program Start: Saturday, October 28 – Saturday, January 13 (12 weeks)
Program Schedule: Coached and supported group runs will take place on SATURDAY mornings at 8AM at varied locations around the Madison area. We encourage all participants to also take part in weekly fun runs for mid-week mileage.
Goal Race: Charleston Marathon & Half Marathon
Program Fee: Early Bird Discount: $89 (until October 10, 2017) Regular: $99 (October 11, 2017 – October 21, 2017) Late Registration: $109 (October 22, 2017 and after)
