Good FormWe take pride in providing high quality training programs that focus on getting you to the start line of your specific event. One area we have wanted to address in our programs but have not discussed in great detail is proper running form. Much of this is because our coaches have not had specific education on running form, and until now there was no simple coaching process available to help teach proper running form.

Good Form Running is a simple process of training that has the ultimate goal of running faster, more efficiently, and injury free. With a focus on proper mechanics, GOOD FORM RUNNING aims to help runners of all ages and abilities achieve these goals.

September 2011- Just Added Good Form Running Level 2!

Good Form Running: Level 2 is aimed at emphasizing the 4 points through practice and integration with minimal footwear.  Through drills, exercises, video analysis, and a review of  important concepts we will help you further transition into achieving good form.  Open to those that have completed the basic GFR seminar.
