Yoga for Runners with Katie Michel
Note: Both sessions are full! Yoga has amazing benefits and can help you do just about anything better! It packs some serious perks for runners - it can help you improve your flexibility, ease your aches and pains and help recover from long runs faster. One the coolest parts of this workshop is helping you find your strengths/weaknesses while bringing them into equanimity.
We will go through a 10 minute pre-run dynamic stretching routine as well as 10 minute post run static stretching routine. We will discuss the benefits of yoga and some basic do's and don'ts. This will be interactive and hands on Orange Shoe style workshop. You will leave feeling great.
