Many of you have asked for it, we’re listening! Here is your chance to get a more individualized training plan while still experiencing all the fun and camaraderie of the FOO group runs. This option is great for those wanting more specificity in their workouts, someone targeting a different goal race that wants an adjusted/extended training plan, or an individual overcoming an injury that needs some extra attention.
