10K Training

Our 10K training programs are a great “next step” from our 5K programs. Whether you want to maintain your current fitness level, continually challenge your endurance, or develop a solid foundation in the hopes of training for a future half or full marathon, this is the training program for you! Our 10K programs typically meet 1-2 times a week and incorporate more independence, and new workouts to increase leg strength and efficiently. Our 10K programs will help participants continue to grow in their knowledge of running.

Program Fee: Early Bird: $129 (until Feb 1) Regular Rate: $139 (Feb. 2 - Feb 26) Late Registration: $149 (Feb 27 and after)
Description: Fleet Feet Sports and Orange Shoe Personal Fitness are teaming up once again for our annual Force of Orange training program! All levels of running experience are welcome! This program is tailored to helping participants train for the Run Madtown Events (half marathon and Twilight 10K), Conquer the Capital, and Green Bay Full Marathon. However, you are welcome to join us if you are preparing for another spring running event!
