Any training program participant who refers a friend to join one of our training programs in 2015 receives $10 in a Fleet Feet Gift Card up to $50 (or 5 referrals) for the year. Friend must be a NEW participant - or someone who has not participated in our training programs before.  Have your friend mark that you referred them on the training program registration form and you earn $10 in Fleet Feet money!

We offer training programs for everyone!  Fleet Feet Sports Madison is committed to enhancing and growing our local running and walking communities, and offering educational resources and training opportunities to assist participants in achieving their fitness goals. We strive to give every training participant a positive experience and to help them finish happy, healthy, educated, and uninjured.

You can choose to join us for one of our free group social fun runs, or join one of our professionally coached training programs.

Program Start: Wednesday September 2, 2015
Program Schedule: We will have 2 separate meeting locations on Wednesday evenings (EAST and WEST locations), and meet together on Saturday mornings - alternating between Pheasant Branch and the Glacial Drumlin State Trail every other weekend
Goal Race: Berbee Derby
Program Fee: Does Not Include Race Entry: Early Bird Registration: $89 (through August 17) Regular Registration: $99 (August 18 – August 31) Late Registration: $109 (September 1 and after)

Description: Our SpeedPLAY Training Programs are a great way to stay race ready and mix up your weekly running miles while becoming a more well-rounded runner. The 8-week SpeedPLAY Training Program blocks are offered 3x/year and can easily compliment any of our training programs offered throughout the year (5K – full marathon). During SpeedPLAY you will not only be coached on how to execute and benefit from a variety of unique pace specific workouts, but we will also cover topics such as dynamic warm ups, cool downs, and body maintenance products that supplement faster workouts. Weekly training program emails with workout details- Team Singlet and AM workout option for summer block- Program specific coupons and discounts- Form, technique, and body maintenance training and tips from your coach- Results! Description: Youth Training Workshop for Runners (6th grade-12th grades) Coached by Katie Mace Fleet Feet Speed Camp is excited to bring back a challenging yet fun program to help young Madison area runners learn more about their sport, increase their efficiency, and enter the fall cross country season ready to go! We believe the key to increasing running performance and decreasing injury risk is running consistently throughout the summer months. Workouts will vary week to week and be modified to meet and challenge each runner's abilities and goals. Whether your an athlete just starting out or a veteran to the sport, each week will challenge you and help build a base for the start of your fall season. Meeting location will be Memorial High School Track. Athletes will also have the opportunity to participate in the Capitol Mile, a 1 mile race around the capitol square, in July at a reduced cost.

Program Fee: Free
Description: Free Wednesday Run or Walk- Every week meet at either Fleet Feet Sports Madison @5:45PM or Sun Prairie @6:00pm for a 2 to 5 mile group run/walk--Excellent for beginner runners. All paces welcome. Free Thursday Night Pub Run - Most weeks we start at or near a local Pub for up to 5 miles followed by food, drink and socializing. The runs will start at 6:00pm and are listed approximately one month in advance on our website and published on our social media pages. All paces are welcome.
