Fleet Feet Group Runs & Special Events Schedule

Free group fun runs open to all pace levels

Tuesday Rush Hour Run-Every week meet at Fleet Feet Sports @ 5:45PM for 5 miles (Check listing below for any exception special events)

Wednesday Run or Walk- Every week meet at Fleet Feet Sports @ 5:45PM for a 2 to 5 mile group run/walk--Excellent for beginner runners (Check listing below for any exception special events)

Thursday, Sunday & Special Event Runs 

Thursday runs are 5 miles.  Sunday runs range from 5 to 20 miles.  Distances are based on participants training with the Fleet Feet Half/Full Marathon Programs.

  • Thursday, Aug 5- Warner Park Beach Shelter, Madison, 5 miles, 6pm

  • Thursday, Aug 12-Shelter From The Storm Dog Run, 1602 Blossom Ln. Madison.  Option to run with a shelter dog 2.5-5 miles, 6pm
  • Friday, Aug 13- Ladies Only Chix Brix, 14 Mile Bike & 3 Mile Run, Fleet Feet Sports, 6pm
  • Sunday, Aug 15- Starbucks, Century Ave, Middleton, 8-16 miles, 8am
  • Thursday, Aug 19- Warner Park Beach Shelter, Madison, 5 miles, 6pm
  • Saturday, Aug 21- Madison Mini (Half) Marathon & 5K, Madison, 7am
  • Sunday, Aug 22- No Run Scheduled
  • Thursday, Aug 26- Quaker Steak & Lube, Deming Way, Middleton, 5 miles, 6pm
  • Sunday, Aug 29- Panera Bread, Cahill Main, Fitchburg, 16-18 miles, 8am

* All group runs are led by one of our staff members or program coaches.
* Runs meeting at Fleet Feet, park in the rear parking lot nearest Klinke Cleaners
* Please sign in and out on the attendance sheet each run so we can track your miles!

Training Group Email List

The Fleet Feet Training group is our "roving" running group. The group meets on Thursday evenings at 6:00pm and Sunday mornings at 8:00am (9:00am December-February) at different locations around the greater Madison area, unless there is an event.  If you would like some group motivation please join us. There are a variety of pace groups within the larger group and our philosophy is that no runner will be left behind.

For triathletes, bicyclists and swimmers out there this group is the place to find out about weekly group rides and open water group swims (in the spring and summer months of course!).
