About the Diva Dash 5K
So what is the Diva Dash 5K?
The Fleet Feet Sports Madison Diva Dash is a 5 kilometer 3.1 mile) run and a 1 mile kids fun run benefiting Girls on the Run of Dane County, a non-profit program with a mission "to educate and prepare girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living."
In addition to the 5K, the Diva Dash features a Mini Dash 1 mile fun run for kids 12 and under.
It's the perfect event for the entire family!
The race will be Chip timed this year!

Course
The 5k run will start at Quaker Steak and Lube (2259 Deming Way, Middleton) and consists of a flat course that mixes trail and road surfaces.
Registration
Participants may register online at Active.com. You may also print the registration form and drop it off or mail it to Fleet Feet Madison at 8440 Old Sauk Rd. Middleton, WI 53562.
Cost:
$25 before July 1st
$30 from July 1 - July 12th
$35 on race day, July 13th.
$10 Mini Dash 1 mile (Kids 12 and Under).
5K participants will receive a New Balance Technical top. Register by June 15th to ensure your size.
Each Mini Dash participant will receive a cotton t-shirt.
Packet Pick-up: Participants can pick-up race packets on July 12th at Fleet Feet Madison from 11am-5pm. Packet pick-up is also available on race day.
Prizes
The top overall male and female will receive a pair of New Balance running shoes.
Best Dressed Diva! - New this year, participate in our Best Dressed Diva Contest. Guys and gals, don your best diva duds and you could win $50 worth of New Balance apparel. Race officials will be on the lookout for the best dressed diva, and will crown her or him after the race.
