New Years Day Dash- January 1, 2012- 11am

The 7th Annual New Years Day Dash will be January 1, 2012.  The first race of 2012 is getting bigger and better every year. Held at Quaker Steak and Lube in Middleton, this event is a great way to start out the new year.

Stay after the run for the college football games and a great post race party!  Pint glasses and beer provided by Capital Brewery.

5th Annual Pinnacle Indoor Triathlon Series

The Pinnacle Indoor Triathlon Series is back for it's fifth year. This beginner friendly event is great training in the off season. From beginners to elites, the indoor triathlon series is perfect for anyone at any level!

10 Minute Swim - 20 Minute Bike - 10 Minute Run

• Dates: 11/04/11, 12/02/11, 1/06/12, 02/03/12, 03/02/12, Event is held at Pinnacle Health & Fitness, Fitchburg
  
• Register per event or for the entire series $20/event or $80/series
• First wave starts at 4:15pm. Waves every 25 minutes after 4:15pm.
