2010 Brings the start of a New Year and a new Frequent Miler Program:
Here's how it works: All you have to do is come to Fleet Feet fun runs and log your miles. Once you have logged enough miles during a one year period (January 1 - December 31, 2010), you will receive some great prizes. Here is the mileage-reward breakdown:

*Please note we reserve the right to substitute prizes if necessary. The Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday/weekend fun runs are eligible. Only those miles run at sanctioned Fleet Feet group runs will be eligible for the Frequent Miler Program, and it will be your responsibility to log your miles on the sign in sheet after each fun run. It doesn't matter how fast you go, as long as you cover the miles, so join us and become a Fleet Feet Frequent Miler!
Notes:
The Fleet Feet Training group is our "roving" running group. The group typically meets on Thursday evenings at 6:00pm (the Thursday Night Run) and Sunday mornings at 8:00am (March-November) or 9:00am (December-February) at different locations around the Madison area, unless there is an event.
If you would like some group motivation please join us. There are a variety of pace groups within the larger group and our philosopy is that no runner will be left behind. Just sign up for our Yahoo Group email list on the right and you will receive an email early in the week announcing the time, location and distance of the training runs. Hope to see you out there!
